Jaylene (AKA "Ms. Jay") is a local mom, former athletic and "gym rat" whose passion for fitness and cultivating healthy living led her to her Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registration. She specializes in group yoga for school age children and is available to lead on-site sessions for families, day cares and school-based sports teams. Combo classes that include strength-building with yoga are a favorite. She can help adults who may not consider themselves coordinated or athletic.
