Fridays: 3:45-4:45pm
Nicole started her Yoga practice via VHS/DVDS until she began practicing in a formal class setting in 2012. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in June of 2014 and since has found her niche working with athletes to help them counter the demands of intense practice and performance. Completing the certification for Broga® Yoga helped her broaden her understanding of what is needed/wanted from an athlete's, and specifically a male, point of view.
Although not an athlete herself, Nicole has witnessed second-hand the wear & tear that athletes experience and has become vested in wanting to bring relief & conditioning to those who m are open to the benefits.
