I have been an ACE certified personal strength trainer for over 12 years as well as a RYT-200 Yoga instructor and certified Broga® Yoga instructor. Yoga training has been a perfect complement to my strength training practice. Both of these experiences follow nearly 15 years in the medical device field. My teaching style is largely informed by my anatomy and fitness training as well as my 13 years of yoga practice. I view fitness as an ongoing way of life. I believe you have to find the fun in life’s challenges. This extends to staying strong and healthy.
