Hello i would like to welcome you to Broga® Yoga. This is a very challenging class focusing on stability and strength through functional movements and poses. I have been a coach for four years now focusing on Crossfit and functional training. I am currently getting my bachelorette degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science and coaching. I have always had a passion for fitness and helping people succeed in having a better lifestyle and reaching the fitness goals that they set for themselves. Through my class you will find yourself challenged physically and mentally and supported all the way through it with a community with like minded goals and myself who will support you in every way that i can along the way.
