A little about me
I am a strong, confident lady with a smile for everyone. My lifelong pursuit of fitness has lead me to yoga as a way to balance my routine. I teach a powerful, motivating class that will leave you feeling positive, accomplished and energized. My goal is to help you feel success.
As a busy mom of four, I understand the necessity of taking care of yourself in order to meet life’s demands. I have a diverse background in fitness including certifications in RYT 200hr Yoga, Pilates, PIYO, P90X, Bootcamp and Yoga with weights. I truly believe that to grow we must constantly challenge ourselves. My never say never attitude always shines through.
