In 2012, I took my first yoga class. My wife had been telling me for years how yoga had the power to heal. For some reason, I could never make the step to try it....or believe. Then, I found through my journey that not only did it have the power to heal..... it also has the power to transform. So, here I am today a transformed person.
I enjoy the creative freedom of building a sequence that works your body. I enjoy twisting the body and talking about the muscles you reach through a good yoga practice.
Off the mat, I enjoy music and singing in the choir at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity. My wife, Mary Helen and I enjoy participating in the local community theatre and spending time with our SEACT friends (Southeast Alabama Community Theatre).
I graduated from the Yoga Alliance RYT® 200-hour yoga teacher training at Balance Health Studio in Seagrove, Florida.
