Jonathan Green has been practicing Yoga since 2010. This is connected to his other athletic practices and career as a Personal Trainer in that he blends them by combining flexibility and strength Yoga poses with functional movements. Broga has enhanced his experience as a Yogi by expanding his pose knowledge and by incorporating a larger amount of posterior work. As a Broga instructor, Jon hopes to bring more people to the mat by eliminating the negative perceptions many men have of Yoga.
