Megan is a fun lover plain and simple! And believes that in order to have the most fun in life, our bodies need to be supple, strong and able to move thru all that life has to offer. Megan also believes that when we are strong and flexible in both body and mind, we can do great work for humankind! She has been practicing and teaching a wide range of movement modalities for over 15 years and upon finding Broga®Yoga, she was instantly hooked! Movement, fitness and nutrition has always been a life focus and Broga has been a game changer in her offerings and her stoke for teaching! Megan is also a certified nutrition consultant, a certified clinical herbalist, RN, mountain bike guide and athlete and loves working with people to get them as healthy and happy, in body, mind and spirit, as they can be.
