Tuesdays: 6:30pm-7:30pm, Saturdays: 12:00pm-1:00pm
I began my yoga journey in 2004 when I was pregnant and have been a gym rat for most of my adult life. Moving my body and inspiring others to do the same is one of my many passions in life. I find that practicing yoga along with functional fitness creates the perfect combination of stability and mobility in our bodies. Yoga and strength training go together like chocolate and peanut butter. Alone each one is great, but it is when put together that magic happens.
