With that mission always in mind, Robert Sidoti has trained hundreds of fitness & yoga instructors on the benefits of the Broga® Vinyasa Based Fitness System geared for men but open to all over the last few years. As our on-line training program for Broga instructors grows globally, Robert has decided that the time is right for him to share his vision of the intensity and deeper Yoga experience he has always seen Broga® as the gateway to in a way that his Broga Training, Workshops and Retreats are unable to by dedicating most 2016 to this immersive monthly weekend trainings.
While Broga® has grown to be an international brand, it makes sense to return to the roots of where it all began, in New England not far from where the first Broga® class were held. With several months of preparation behind him, Broga® & Robert Sidoti are happy to announce his 2016 Yoga Immersion Training.
WHAT IS IT ?
A Yoga Alliance compliant 200 Hour Teacher Training Program led by Robert Sidoti and guest specialists, that will allow to you to register as a professionally trained Yoga Instructor upon graduation.
A Broga® Yoga Training Course that will train you on the distinctions of Broga® Yoga. You will receive certification as Broga Instructor and have the ability to register as a licensed instructor receiving marketing support and visibility on our international listing of Licensed Broga® Yoga Instructors.

NOT JUST FOR THOSE WISHING TO TEACH! We are not limiting attendance to just those who wish to teach! This is an immersion program for anyone looking to expand their practice. It is for those who love Robert’s Workshops or his annual Kripalu retreat and would like to have the ability to have those weekend intensives each month. It is for the busy person who knows they can benefit from Yoga and the tools it gives us for a full, rich life but want to explore that in a regularly scheduled, concentrated amount of time.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN ?
Students will get a practical, hands on, in-depth education in Yogic history, philosophy, human anatomy and movement, and safe, effective Yoga teaching techniques.
This program will challenge and reaffirm your perception of yourself, provide you with tools to live a more fulfilling and enriched life, and prepare you to share the benefits of yoga with the world.
SCHEDULE AND COMMITMENT
If you plan to teach yoga upon graduation, attendance at all sessions is mandatory.
We will meet one weekend per month Saturday & Sunday at Borealis Yoga in Medford, MA for 11 Months beginning in March 2016.
Five weekends include a Friday evening session.
Fridays: 5:30pm – 9pm
Saturdays: 9:45am – 5:45pm
Sundays: 9am – 4pm
