Biography
Sharita Davis is a high energy wellness enthusiast that has over 13 years of combined experience in individual and group rehabilitation/fitness programs. She is skilled in adaptive and compensatory strategies for those with medical or physical limitations. She is knowledgeable about medical precautions and contraindications and has trained in the United States Army for 12 years receiving awards for excellence in physical fitness performance.
She started this journey of holistic wellness for herself to feel better internally and to look better externally. These actions stemmed from struggles with cellulite and digestive problems. She quickly realized after getting positive results from incorporating massage, yoga, exercise, and healthy eating into her lifestyle.
She wanted to share her successes to others, which led to the birthing of Vitality Spa Studio in St. Louis, MO. The mission of Vitality Spa Studio is to educate people on how to revitalize and renew their lives through touch, fitness, yoga and nutrition. Workshops are held at Vitality Spa Studio to increase awareness about preventative and holistic solutions to living healthy.
Sharita is licensed as a massage therapist and has advance training in myofascial, pregnancy, orthopedic and neuromuscular massage. In addition, she holds certifications in Broga® Yoga, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, Yoga for Rehabilitation, AS in Occupational Therapy, BS in Psychology Rehabilitation, MS Integrated Marketing Communications.
