Broga® Yoga Workshop Returns to Spiritual Essence Yoga
Juneous Pettijohn, the first Licensed Broga® Instructor in Maryland, heads back to Spritial Essence Yoga in Upper Marlboro, MD for another Broga® Yoga Workshop on Saturday, 21 June, 2014, 2:30-4:30pm.
Broga® Yoga is a yoga-based fitness program geared for guys, but all are welcome and encouraged to come. Strong, energetic, and challenging, Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout.
You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from working out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from “working in.”
